I've been working with OBM for over 6 years (we are in the middle of our second refresh) and we have been pleased with the devices and service that we have received from them.
At the beginning of our leases, we made sure to choose devices which are appropriate for our users, as well as something that will perform well, without a lot of issues. We are very happy we chose Sharp for our devices, as the quality is great and the machines are some of the best out there.
On the service side, things couldn't be more simple: If you do happen to encounter any oddities, you can call their support number and a tech will be onsite before too long. Generally, they will be there earlier in the next day, but in a lot of cases, they seem to be able to come out the same day, which is awesome.
I do want to give a shout out to Grace, who has helped us with everything from choosing the devices, to making sure we don't have any issues throughout our contracts. She's the best!

Read moreWorst company, products, and service ever. We switched companies a little over a year ago. The printer we leased has gone down no less than 6 times in 15 months. They have replaced the motor and circuit board it in, but the same issues persist. Sometimes it takes days for them to bring a loaner. The equipment was supposed to have the capabilities that our previous one had, but it does not. I have documents on card stock that have to be scanned. The first few scan ok, then the feeder drags and stretches the image making it unreadable. They blame it on the dust in my office. I work in a diesel garage. Their answer was "you should build an enclosure around the printer." They came out and inspected the area before they delivered the printer and knew the conditions here. Stay away from...

Our company Home Repair Resource Center has been with the company for over 10 years and we've had so-so services prior to today.
