Pizza Melt — Restaurant in Cleveland

I called in to try to place an order while I was driving from work for me and my family, I was lucky to have got to speak with the manager, I politely ask him how much is his medium and large pizza, he (the manger )proceeded to say you know we have a website online and you could go online and find out the prices. We are extremely busy right now, so just give me a minute, however with him making that comment I didn’t feel comfortable going through with my purchase so I politely told him never mind and hung up. I was very upset about how he handled the situation so I called back and asked to speak to the manager. He told me he was the manager and I told him I understand that you are busy, but everybody have situations. I’m in the car right now I can’t look at you guys website, he then said that’s not my problem, That’s not my business and everything is been recorded he then stated yelling and hung up on me. How the manger handle the situation was very rude very disrespectful and I wouldn’t trust no one like that to make my food, his customer service was very poor and I just think the world should know and he should not be working there, just because you tend to get busy at a certain time of the day. I don’t know what’s his name is but this happened today Around 5:20 PM. Whoever he is he needs to be fired. That is not the way you handle customer service or handle people under pressure at all and now they just lost a customer due to the fact that the manager don’t know how to properly handle pressure or answer the phone in a nice way he could’ve easily said give me one second ma’am I’ll be right with you to tell you the prices. if he don’t know how to talk on the phone he shouldn’t be on the phone so I give them a one star for not properly, knowing how to communicate and have good customer service just...

On a humble i tried this place and decided to stop in on a whim. Kiddos wanted pizza I said let's try this new place downtown which its 20 min from where we live. We choose a large sausage n pepperoni for 11.99 not a bad price. It took about 10min which was great it was ready by the time we arrived. It was t crowded and I think the owner was eating at a table when I entered. I approached the counter and stated my name n got the pizza I asked to see it prior to paying and it looked avg smelled OK it waa giving cafeteria/school pizza vibes but it might taste better then it looks so I paid then left to go hm. Upon reaching home and serving the pizza it definitely was giving cafeteria pizza or frozen pizza them little sausage balls were nasty cheese was sub par the crust was ok but not cooked on the bottom so im still on the search I guest. Called the shop the next day asked for the mamanger told them I wasnt satisfied and he then beign to fault me for them not answering the phone the day of service and that I have to have my receipt and pizza bring it back to the store for a remake by 6pm. That due to fraud frm other customers this is their process. Which was fine with me I had the receipt n pizza but I didnt want a remake 😔 I would just get the same pizza that I didnt like.
