We love how even though you are a company who is large, you made us feel as we were part of your family. We believe your pricing to be fair and it was thousands below Roman and Zach were awesome. Anytime I needed them for a question or concern they were there to explain clearly what Was needed. They were very clear in everything we spoke of. The crew they used should be applauded for their commitment and dedication to the job they were doing. We tried to keep them supplied with coffee and they almost felt like they were becoming family. Always a smile and respect shown. Work was done completely and on time. I could not believe my eyes when I saw them working in the cold weather. They just kept on working like busy ants to get the job done and done correctly. I also appreciated the owner who was very involved in the process. He is very easy to speak with and was here at the beginning and throughout the project to ensure the job was up to their reputation.

Roman at Cleveland Commercial Roofing immediately returned my initial phone call where we had an in depth conversation about my project and concerns and was very responsive and understanding. He was out later that afternoon and gave me a bare bones breakdown of what he saw versus the info I provided him based on other vendor input. I have been dealing with Cleveland Commercial Roofing since 2012 when i hired them to replace a roof on one of our commercial buildings. The owner was great and met with me directly. They also met with our insurance company and dealt with our adjuster to resolve hail damage that had occurred. It was the easiest process i've been through. They had a large crew of hard-working gentleman and completed the work within one day. (And it is a not a small roof). I was very pleased with the work that was done.
