Came here earlier today for beer and lunch. The place is clean inside and outside and has a lot of character. Parking options are limited to a pay parking lot next door and plenty of metered street parking. On weekends the metered parking is free.
Service was friendly and prompt. They give you a QR code to scan and view their food and drink menu. They do not offer beer flights, though they do offer half or short pours,
I brought three beers on draft. A saison, a smoked lager and a brown ale on nitro. These beers were well made, fresh, flavorful and delicious. These are not high ABV beers though they are high in flavor and pair well with food. I especially appreciated the smoked lager with the right amount of smoke to the nose and palate. It’s also an under appreciated beer style. Noble Beast shows respect to this style as well as all of their beers.
I also brought their House Burger with fries. A large seasoned burger patty topped with a cheese sauce, grilled onion jam and pickles on a sesame seed bun. This burger was delicious, big and filling. I’d come back for this burger. As for their fries, they were fresh cut though could’ve been more crispy.
I arrived a few minutes after they opened at 11:30am. Within an hour the place was packed, in fact there were no available tables and bar seating. If you come here on a Sunday, especially during football season, then get here early.
Overall I had a great experience and will come back. Great people, great food...
Read moreI ordered merchandise on 9/14/21 through Noble Beast's website for a birthday gift to a family member.
Over a week later on 9/22/21 I noticed my order was never shipped out, yet my credit card already had the charge posted, which I thought was odd.
I called Noble Beast on 9/22/21 (a Wednesday) to address the issue and the person I spoke with said the order had been forgotten to be shipped out and was sitting there and they would make sure it was shipped out immediately with "2 day express shipping."
At this point I was disappointed because had I not called, there is a good chance that my order still would have been sitting there and this was for a birthday gift that was now already 2 days late. In addition, I was not given an explanation of why my credit card was charged if the order had not been shipped out.
After reviewing the tracking number I received from USPS it said the order would be delivered on 9/27/21 (a Monday), 5 days later. So much for the "2 day express shipping I was told."
I expressed my disappointment to management via the company website to let them know of my poor experience and to see if they were willing to do anything to make my customer experience better, but I did not get a response over...

If you can't find street parking, for $3 you can park in the lot next to the building. The rough, brick exterior pairs nicely with the name. Inside is spacious with ample lighting. There were plenty of people inside, but I never felt cramped. Ordering is simple: when You're ready, head to the bar.
I opted for their Kolsch, which was delightfully crisp and refreshing. Their menu has a nice variety of classic food items with a local, seasonal twist. The Corn Dog is a delicious Kielbasa with potent Kraut and a strong Mustard for dipping. The Quarry sandwich is a sweet & savory Ham & Cheese that will both fill and satisfy.
The staff were very friendly during our stay. They have an open kitchen, so I got to talk with the chefs a little bit and thank them for a delicious dinner. This place has a great balance of a lively brewery with a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely a place...
