So we started ordering food specially the wings and waffles fries for few week and the first time was great, second time wrong fries they were supposed to be waffles fries but ok, then third time my husband pickup the order our mistake Not to look at it the wings we usually order are with barbecue sauce this order wasn't barbecue it was Buffalo sauce and that's a little bit to hot specially for me. .and than on top of that we call and because the second order they not give us our waffles fries we did have a store credit and that was fine, but they did charge us for regular fries so few days later when we desired to get our delicious fries we needed to matter what to pay for the difference on $ that's fine because perhaps we didn't specified when we order them ok..back to the wrong wings...make a phone call looking perhaps for another credit or wings even though we stay at Cleveland Heights and usually we order when we are coming home kinda late...so yes we couldn't go back into the next day this bra is telling my husband because of they mistake they did with the wings to bring them back its close to or pass 11pm and we at home getting ready for the next day taking about this time am gonna give you credit hold on just because 2 mistake that you guys did and I'm going even take responsibility for the fries because we didn't specified as(waffle) but the wings no we can't do...period because yes we didn't check your stupid close bag...but our receipt does said barbecue wings... anyway Next day we ended up at the restaurant hubby talk to the manager at least that's what we thought and not only she got the nasty wings back from us from the night before that perhaps the other person really thought we will eaten no way..... and we has credit and fresh wings that day...thanks whomever talk to my hubby. .and try to understand that we do not stay around the corner...and it's not possible to get home and then go back to downtown so from now on we will check our close bag orders period... be careful check your close...
Read moreI went to Cleveland for a concert at Wolstien on (09/08/19). We walked all over the place to grab a quick bite. Pizza sounded good to us. I should have turned around and walked right out of the place when we were told there wasn't any cheese and pepperoni available by the slice. We would have to wait for the half and half (cheese / cheese&pep) pizza to be done. Then we were told that 2 of the pepperoni slices were already sold to the people ahead of us in line. My daughter and I only wanted 3 slices between us. So we got a slice of cheese only as a substitute. No big deal I can get over that. What really turned me off was that it took 20 minutes to get my order. I literally had to ask the young lady who took and delivered food orders to give me my 3 slices of pizza that were waiting on the warmer shelf. I've worked in pizza shops. 20 minutes is too long for "pizza by the slice" as if to say I can order, get my slice and leave. Overall it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Pizza quality was average at best. How on earth do you not have lots of slice pizzas available at 4:30 on a Sunday that your Browns played. Maybe Clevelanders don't eat after football...
Read moreI've had the worst customer service experience at this establishment. I placed a online order on December 1st to be picked up at 845pm. I got to RH at 845 exactly. I placed a timed order because I was on lunch and had to walk 5 minutes there and 5 minutes back. When I got to RH my food was not even close to being prepared, in fact I found out later that they didn't even start my order. I asked for my money back from 3 people including the manger on shift. One said it wasn't her fault, the other walked away from me in the middle of my sentence and the manager of all people got into an argument with me. She refused to provide me with proof of a refund. I told her to give my food or my money. She tried to kick my out, because I asked for my the product I paid for. We had exchange of words and I finally got my food 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. They need to train their workers that the customer is always right and that it was their fault my food wasn't ready on...
