The staff that are in management position are extremely rude, the building manager has hung up on me while putting through a maintenance order, when I asked him why he did that he said that I wouldn't get off the phone quick enough for him.
Today, 11/30/2021 I was confronted by the newest staff woman. Shes usually in with her kids. A little boy and a little girl. She confronted me about where I park and my dog being on a leash . I've been living in this building since June, all staff has not only seen me walking around the building with my dog leashless, but has on many occasions come up and pet my dog. my dog is well behaved and listens when i give him any command The building manager told me that i could start parking in the small lot closest to the building where the signs read for future residents only, i brought that to his attention before parking there and he stated that it was fine, and assured me that it was safe and secure to park there . so ive been parking there since 8/10/2021 . now all of sudden i recieve a written warning from this woman stating that i must not park there or else. along with my dog having to maintain on his leash while im the halls. and none of these would have bothered me if she would approach me in a professional manner, she came at aggressively, and after i went upstairs and came back down and asked her why she came at me so aggressively, she dismissed my question and asked me what the problem was. luckly i recorded the conversation and have proof of how unprofessional she got smh. i dont deserve this type of abuse at my place...
Read moreWorst 2 years of my life. My car window got smashed and I was given duck tape and a trash bag. I had HUGE spiders in the windows in my room, I’m talking 5-6 Charolette’s Webs coming out at night. In the springtime, ants were everywhere. I even saw a cockroach near the elevator and I told one of the guys at the front desk and I came back and it was still just sitting there. Absolutely disgusting. I feel like I got robbed paying $1300 a month for a room that was so outdated. The cheap plastic window covers fell off the windows from the wind, the sound kept me awake at night. The air conditioner was gross. Always worried about bugs. The water pipes were turned of multiple times so some days I didn’t even get to take a shower!! I had a dispute with one of the managers and she admitted that maintence was in my room several times without me being present or even knowing. One of the security guards was actually fired for coming into a young ladies room and being extremely creepy. There was a fire on one of the floors and alarms did not go off, I woke up to a male running down the hallway screaming “fire, everybody get out!” Crackheads wandered down from E 30th practically every day and night, never once felt safe. Only positive thing I have to say is it was easy to make friends outside on that stoop. If you’re looking for an apartment, this is not the place and that’s the truth...
Read moreI have lived and gone to school in Cleveland for a few years and have moved around quite a bit however moving here was the worst mistake I made. Thank god I did not sign a longer lease. The Domain has very friendly staff and front office employees are helpful, however the building, rooms, and management company have been horrible. I did tour beforehand and expected much more than what I got. The TV was mounted to dry wall, that has since fallen off, dirty unit upon move in, was not touched after last tenant and was I misplaced in the system when I moved in. No counter space, hotel mini fridge and freezer, just overall not great at all. I even moved into a quote "premium unit" its $800 give or take a few dollars for a 220 sq foot dorm room that is not livable especially if you're an older college student. I lived in a 1,500 sq foot with a roommate that was brand new, further downtown for $800? Also I am pretty sure there is a homeless man that lives in the laundry room as there have been sheets, pillows, and clothing hanging up in the corner. In conclusion, would not...
