Lutheran Hospital Parking — Local services in Cleveland

I was suffering from a severe allergic reaction to something that I ate and the ambulance took 25-30 minutes to arrive to help me. Mind you where I work they are less than 10 minutes away…. I was completely swelling up, trouble breathing, red skin and hives, constant itching, itchy throat, bloody red eyes and the ambulance gave me NO MEDICATIONS!!! for this AT ALL. Even the nurses said ambulance did NOTHING!!! Then the nurses had very rude snappy attitudes and tones of voice towards my mother who was VERY CONCERNED and they also took 20 mins to give MEDICATION!! I was literally SUFFERING with no help. I was red and swelling more and the hives increased. I’m very DISAPPOINTED and you all lacked attention, empathy speedy healthcare. Thank god I had my epipens because waiting on Lutheran could’ve made this emergency...

Parking at any hospital is a challenge. It always seems there are more cars than spots. One option at Lutheran is a lot on the back Franklin side of the facility. If you are bringing patients with mobility issues, this is a tough lot to use. There is a hill to climb, then you have to cross Franklin. There is an entrance that has valet service, but, not all the time. Check at the front entrance, there is also valet service. Lutheran hospital is a challenge to navigate, but they have great volunteers and staff that are happy to guide you. Ok. Expect to go and pay 8 dollars for parking valet ! Get over it. Tip well. Very well it's only 8 dollars. Everyone from the front door to every desk helped push us to the right location of imaging.. This was a scary test for for us. everyone was helpful. As I waited for my wife there was no wait for testing for everyone who came through the door, 3 months out for local...... Everyone smiled as I waited for the results of the testing.
