Let me tell yāall about this place called The Soupermarket. Downtown Cleveland location on St. Clair. They have the most amazing salads in Cleveland and the grilled cheese is also just as good. The soups are a little salty sometimes. But still worth every dollar.
But the problem that I have is that I donāt like provolone cheese. It causes me to itch along with other things as of Iām allergic.
The grilled cheese sandwiches arenāt grilled until you order it.
I asked for them to grill mine without the provolone cheese and I was told that they arenāt doing that because itās a waste of money. Iāve never experienced going to a restaurant and not being able to have food modified for whatever reason. Especially when itās something as simple as removing a slice of cheese before itās tossed in the grill. $20 a day of $400 a month for a salad and grilled cheese sandwich.
Now thatās 2 people thatās not eating there at all which is a $800 per month loss for a single slice of cheese that Iām still paying for and just donāt want.
I would like to really understand why I have to have all 3 slices of cheese if I...

I ordered soup and a sandwich to dine in, as did the person I was with. The manager took my soup up to the front register and left it there, even though it was closer to the place I was sitting. I went up to get it while he was getting the soup for my friend. I went and sat back down. He took my friends soup up to the register, and said that will be $17.00 and change. I held up a $20.00 and he said I had to come up to the register to pay. We were the only ones there at the time. I went and paid and my friends soup was sitting by the register. I took it back to him and the manager then left my change on the counter by the register. He then walked right by us at the counter to make our sandwiches. Sitting next to me on the counter was all the soup bowls. If I were to sneeze it would be all over them. When we got up to leave he never said a word to us. It's like he didn't care if we came in or not. I won't be going back there and neither will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSuperās Market consistently impresses with the freshness and quality of their soup. I often order the Verde Chili, which stands out as one of the freshest and most vibrant soups Iāve had from a chain restaurant in a long time. The ingredients are always top-notch, making for a delicious and satisfying meal.
While I havenāt tried their soup and salad combo yet, I can vouch for both individually. On separate occasions, Iāve enjoyed their salads and soups, and each time has been amazing. Having visited all the Superās Market locations within the Cleveland area, I can confidently say that they never fail to impress with their consistent...
