One of my fav little hidden spots,I went 3 different times,I have to say daytime is my fav!!!!!!The waitress Andria, was amazing clean hookah, just what,I needed in my life, she recommended some good flavors. For my wife and I she choose,a pineapple, peach, and mango mix another flavor was in there but I couldn’t tell what it was, anywho the hookah goes hard, you guys have got to try it.We wanted drinks, she explained she’s no bartender, but if we kept it simple, and she could google the drink she could make it.She made it,it was amazing!!!!! She recommended we try the kanzaman app.It was awesome, and we got a mixed grill, once again amazing...She told us we had to try the Leelah Leban.Sorry spelling isn’t great on middle eastern food.It was great,we got our food, and hookah very quickly. She was very knowledgeable about the culture. It was very relaxed and chill. There were other patrons in there, people smoking hookah, working on laptops. All the flags were nice to see,the decor is like walking into the Middle East.Older gentleman was very nice when we came in and chatted with him for a few minutes before sitting down. The short older women, was very sweet, but she didn’t speak much English so we just smiled and said hello.I have to say,I love the feel of daytime so relaxing, and everyone is so friendly. This is def a nice family owned restaurant. There were children in there, playing at least 5 children, toys for them to play with while parents relaxed, this was nice to see, next time,I will bring my kids,so they can enjoy too.A must try and kid friendly great food amazing hookah, super friendly staff, what more can you ask for,and a...
Read moreWe got the mixed grill and all the kebabs (beef, kafta and chicken) were good. The greek salad was very mediocre. However, the baba ghanoush was very good, as was the hummus and tabouli. The service was ok until we received our bill. My friend and I wanted to split the bill evenly between our 2 credit cards, which she did. However, she already added full tax and an 18% surcharge on the original bill. This bill should have been cut directly in have, but instead, she added an additional tax and 18% gratuity on each of our bills, making her gratuity a whopping 36% and a double tax charge!!! When we pointed out her mistake the waitress tried to say it wasn't a mistake and that the bill was correct. After a very awkward and somewhat feisty conversation in her part, she offered to refund the overcharges in cash. When she came back with the cash she basically slammed it down on the table and walked away with no attempt at an apology or any remorse. This is totally unacceptable behavior for a waitress and she should be reprimanded by the owner/management. Who knows, maybe she IS the owner/manager. I should have given her a zero for her despicable attitude, but her service up that point was fine! BEWARE WHEN SPLITTING CREDIT CARD CHARGES!!! I'm attaching the bill so you can see that she was totally in the wrong! The split bill should been $41.58 each! She charged 52.39 on each card! She begrudgingly refunded us $20, but with the worst attitude you possibly imagine. There's no excuse or tolerance for her ludicrous behavior in the food and...

Smoke 💨 This is a hookah bar and a restaurant. There is smoking allowed anywhere in the facility there is no separation from smoking and non smoking. The hookah is amazing ! The staff is very attentive and the atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. There are a tun of flavors you can mix and match. Our waitress made her own special flavor and it was lovely.
Food The food is middle eastern, it seemed very authentic and it was delicious. There are vegan options and large family style meals. The bakery is amazing ! Our desserts were delicious, we were even offered one on the house which was so special!
Gratuity is included, I am not sure why people are complacent so much about that. It really ensures that the service staff is well taken care of the pricing was incredibly fair to me.
Atmosphere Apparently they have single act Arabian musicians on Saturdays. I am definitely going back for that. The seating is so cozy, big patterned pillows and comfortable booths. The lighting is dim and there are lanterns hung from the tin drop ceiling. Middle Easter decor and authentic clothing and flags. So cool ! There is a lot to look at. They also have an outdoor patio.
I will most definitely be bringing friends to this space. Thank you Jan Zaman for the amazing hospitality and...
