Excellent Salon with kind and knowledgeable staff. I had Cheyenne for my appointment and I can't recommend her enough, I showed her a picture of my last haircut that I really loved and she did a fantastic job, even making it look better than before. She asked about any concerns with my hair and was really knowledgeable in telling me what I could do to fix it. She didn't pressure me into a certain style or make me feel like I needed to cut 4 inches of dead ends off like some hair dressers. Denise ( the waxer) ripped my skin off when she waxed my eyebrows. She already saw the skin ripping off and she didn't stop and continued which is unbelievable. They brushed it off by saying that they use sensitive skin wax (Oh like it is my problem? Lol) instead of apologizing. So rude. I have had hundreds of eyebrow waxing in the past from other salons and this is the first time I visit this place and this happened to me. Anyways avoid this place...
