W.25-Ohio City Station — Local services in Cleveland

I don’t know how anyone could give this station more than 1 star. The 1 star here is because the train showed up and took me to my destination, and google wont allow a 0.

I saw 3 men urinate while waiting around 6 minutes for a train in the middle of the day. Not over near the disgusting broken elevator. Not further down the line. Each and every one of them pulled it out right on the track in front of the other people waiting. This place was absolutely foul and I would never go there alone it felt extremely unsafe.

And for others talking about the smell: it is horrendous because this station is literally a greenhouse. It cooks the urine right up for you to smell while you wait with any amount of sun. RTA should be ashamed of this place, as a visitor to the city (have visited many times but this is my first time utilizing the rapid) I would never use it again. They could hose it down everyday with a fire hose filled with bleach and the smell would probably...

Good location but dreadful station experience. Not currently accessible to handicap as elevator is not operational. The whole station STINKS of urine and its filthy. Shameful and embarrassing. RTA not doing Cleveland any favors to improve our reputation...
