Mena Produce — Local services in Cleveland

The wife and I visited the West Side Market for the first time last week. We had heard much about it and finally made the hour drive to see it for ourselves. Mena Produce stands out among the crowd of vendors who were numerous and similar in regard to items for sale.

The folks at Mena Produce were our last stop on the way out and they really made it a grand finish. Generous with free samples of very high quality dried fruits, etc. Their stand was super clean and all of the items for sale were beautifully and artistically packed and displayed. We could not help but buy some for gifts. Exceptional quality of dried fruit I repeat.

This may sound strange but as we were walking away, and I looked back, the smile on the face of one of the women, and her demeanor, made me think that perhaps we had just been entertained by angels in human form (the dried fruits are heavenly !!!???).

If you go to the West Side Market do not neglect going into the fresh produce building which is next to the main building vendors. This is where you will find Mena Produce.

I could never describe with words how happy I am that my husband and I came across Mena Produce in the West Side Market. It was our first visit to the Market, and Mena’s was the first stand that caught our eye. The displays of dried fruits and vegetables were amazing! We were immediately offered sample after sample of delicious dried fruits and vegetables. She took the time to explain how long the foods would last, as well as how they prepare their items, and we were so impressed to hear there were no sugars or unnecessary additives. As of right now, my favorites are the dried strawberries and dried broccoli, but I haven’t tasted everything they have yet lol so it could change. We bought a fruit sampler, beets, broccoli and cashews, and the woman generously gave us an order peanuts for free as well. Please do not sleep on this amazing business, they’re phenomenal! We plan on ordering online when we need a restock, thank you...

I genuinely recommend this place, My Genuine Review to start would be when Mena handed over some Really Amazing Strawberries 😋 which were sun dried and I absolutely loved it! They Reminded me of the Candies I used to eat in my childhood and then my eye went over their Vegetable Chips and Boy oh Boy!!! The Broccoli 🥦 Chip was something which I never tried before but loved it from the first bite!! The Pricing for the quality of Chips was amazing and they gave me a pretty good deal when I brought 4-5 boxes of variety of chips.
