Very Trendy love the brands, however I am In Ohio for 2 months filming came across the store while I was driving back to my hotel. I purchased a shirt for my son mailed it to him and he sent it back didn't like it. I went back yesterday to either exchange/return the item which would not be a problem since there are " NO POLICIES" regarding returns or exchanges on the receipt or in the store. I was very unhappy with the service/response I received. the cashier called their other store and I was told "I have had the item for a couple weeks" therefore I will not be able to return/exchange. The tags are attached receipt in the bag etc. Not a great impression for me nor a professional way to do business. I will not return. Very unreliable. I placed an order for an item from Europe and did not receive any confirmation of shipment. I sent 3 emails to their support@ email address but was ignored. I called the warehouse (spoke to Dana) and was told shipping will take place the same day. Still no confirmation email. I called again the next day, and later received an email ststing that the item is « unable to be located ».

Is this the service you deserve when you purchase a $ 1’000 shirt?

Ordered a two piece matching track suit - was notified that I would only receive half my order after the items were due to arrive - I asked for a refund on whole order and was told I would have to pay return postage + original expenses... low and behold the items were never delivered/received so dont know what I am paying postage for?
