Ian is the best coffee and toast maker this side of the Mason-Dixon line or any line for that matter. There could be a hundred people in line and he wouldn't even be fazed. He would just be like hey man welcome to passengers will get you an awesome cup of coffee real soon. Seriously if you're near Ohio city get over to this place get the toast with the hot pepper Jam and any of the coffee cuz it's all good

Cute cafe, enjoyed stopping here with a friend for a midday caffeine break. The coffee was great, baked goods looked amazing (I'll try them next time), the space itself has cool decor, free wifi, and wonderful service. Great spot to hang out or get some work done. This is also a hostel so guests were coming in and out, kind of funny. I'd certainly love to stay in a hostel that doubles as a cafe!

Excellent coffee, friendly staff, and a great place to work. Passengers is in the Cleveland Hostel so there are always new people from all over the world to meet! A bright and cozy spot where everyone is friendly and it's easy to meet people!

Where in the city can you get an excellent cup of coffee from one of the top roasters in the US and sip it on a rooftop patio with the best panoramic view of Cleveland? Passenger's Cafe! Serving bottomless cups of Onyx Coffee Lab coffee for $3 is a steal! The cafe has lots of character. Where else can you serve yourself drip coffee from a telephone booth and eat free cherry's from a bowl?! The owners of the cafe are super friendly and hospitable. 4 out of 5 for difficulty in finding the cafe (lobby of the Cleveland Hostel) and finding parking (street, or a far away parking lot that looks like it required money), but a 5/5 for friendly staff, great customer service, a beautiful view of the city (hint: rooftop) and a tasty selection of beverages and snacks.
