I was really off put by the bad attitude the sales associate Madison had. I came into the store with an online order. The manager offered to call two other stores in the area for a size check, she was great and helpful. Didn't have luck finding my return with the size I wanted at the other locations. I asked Madison if I could keep one item from my return since I couldn't find the other size, she looks at me agitated. She finishes with the rest of the returns and says "Have a nice day" with a cold demeanor and no eye contact .... didn't seem like she meant it. I've come to this location a few times with great customer service and warm greetings but I was really disappointed...
Read moreJust had the best customer service experience with two employees at this store! I had ordered a candle online that was shipped with packing tape wrapped around it. It left that typical residue that I couldn’t remove no matter what I tried. When the first employee needed assistance, she didn’t hesitate to get her manager. The manager made the exchange quick and easy and was very apologetic for the issue (even though we knew she wasn’t personally responsible). Greet when I customer walks in. Keep personal conversations to a minimum and also know how to use an INDOOR voice. Offer assistance instead of standing behind the cash wrap like a mannequin.
Company needs to have a conversation with Ashley (which is a name I overheard as a staff member screamed when she walked in) and teach her proper etiquette when working in a retail environment.
