I'm not sure I've ever walked into a store wanting to purchase something and walked out so happy I didn't before! This store is a mess! Inventory is a mess! Items hanging or placed in areas they don't belong, no prices on anything, the prices are insanely high, and the employees just didn't care! I wanted a pair of hiking boots and the boots I wanted were scattered all over the rack from end to end. No prices, so I looked for an employee and ended up walking up to the front desk to get the price, and they wanted $190 for boots on Amazon for $120, and they were on sale at their competitions for $100! Then I wanted a new fishing pole and a few lures. The lures and baits were a complete disaster! Again, everything was scattered and nothing was in order. No prices on anything. I had enough...
Read moreI went to pick up a rifle. The manager, Natalie, was not concerned with finalizing the paperwork. I had to wait over an hour for Natalie to find time to authorize the paperwork. She then went out of her way to avoid me and never explained why she made me wait for an hour. Then the clerk ask if I wanted to be part of the awards program. I told him no due to Natalie wasting my time. I will never go there again. Natalie's poor performance and lack of urgency guarantees I well never shop there again. Told the cashier from the get go that I needed to return for a gift card or store credit and he said yes we can do that and he processed the return back to the card that bought it so now the gift giver will know it was returned. Cashier didn’t even give me a heads up just processed the return, handed me the receipt, and said sorry couldn’t give you store credit would not give me the option.
