Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Clovis

ATTENTION All my Fresno and Clovis friends: DO NOT ORDER from the Round Table Pizza on Willow and Herndon!! We ordered food from that location at 6pm tonight…at 7pm we called to see where the order was, by our mistake it was selected for pick-up, which we spoke to the Supervisor and changed it to delivery… another hour goes by.. we call to see where our order was and we’re told the delivery driver had just left with our food… come 9pm still no food, called again.. this time spoke with the same supervisor that said “oh that was for pick up” when I chimed in that she said differently she hangs up on me.. I called back, spoke to a different “supervisor” who then proceeded to hang up on me as well. I’m hungry, tired and angry at this point. I drive over and both “supervisors” are hiding in the back office.. their response is “we already refunded your account” and my response is: that’s not the point.. the lack of customer service and professionalism is completely unsat!! So I am asking all of my friends in the area to BOYCOTT this specific Round Table! Hopefully the lack of local support will show how important customer service and professionalism is for a...

Our pick-up orders here are hit & miss. There have been several mistakes 4/6 times going here. A couple of times, I had to drive back. At least, the times I have called (after speaking with the call center and waiting to be transferred), they have gladly replaced our orders. The pizzas are inconsistently cooked. Usually, it is not cooked enough, as if it is removed from the oven too soon. We decided to order well done, and it was so overcooked. It was dry. Another issue is air bubbles, which cause the toppings to slide off. Here's a pic of an extra large we ordered where only half was appealing. Most of the cheese slid to one side. The replacement we got was good, but the cuts were absolutely silly and some tiny! To add, when I returned for pick up, it was sitting on the counter for dine in, no box... getting cold. I think we're done with this location. Also, when I came to pick up the remake, no one was watching the oven as pizzas piled up and had major bubbles. It was Saturday evening, with only two employees! A cashier and one guy in the back. Very understaffed...

This was one of the worst customer service experiences ever. We kept ordering a Chicken and Garlic pizza with one side having everything on it. The other side we kept repeating just Chicken and Garlic. They remade the pizza twice because on the one side with everything they kept making it without chicken. Instead of actually making it right, we were forced to leave. They didn’t even bother offering to refund all our money for the time and trouble they put us through. All they did was argue and made us feel like we were doing something wrong. In my opinion, the employee that helped us and the manager should be fired. This is not the first time I have had trouble there too. One time they overcharged me and acted like I didn’t give them money. So, they had to count the register until they realized they were wrong. Once again did nothing to make it right after they tried to cheat me. It is no wonder this location is not busy because it sucks. It should be shut down immediately....
