Home of the Anacanda Burrito, able to accommodate 6-8 people at $45. Now that is a huge burrito. I seen the sign in Clovis. I then heard about it through word of mouth, now I have to try this place, Taqueria Yarelis.
They have anywhere from lite bites to big size meals. The ambiance of this place is so authentic with background music, wall painting and decoration along with the great taste of spices and ingredients in their products. While the Plandemic caused many businesses to lose their staff to some extent to a skeleton crew. Unfortunately, the effects did affect the rate at which the food orders in a timely fashion. Especially during lunch having to wait for over an jour for un pre ordered or non door dash type orders rather than eating inside. The TV shows videos made by the restaurant advertisement and a video featuring Buzz Feed fid challenge.
I ordered the 3 Stret Taco meal. Co.es with beans and rice and the assortment of meats selections I so one chooses. All three tacos were tasty, between the carniras, adada and chicken, the carnitas is very tasty. Had a college who decided to try the Pizza. Which was stuffed with french fries as the crust. And a large amount of melted cheese topped with pepperoni.
I will give this place 5 stars rating. I got to give this for the fact not only great food, but the Military and Veterans discount despite having to endure the...
Read moreI been here twice first time the food was ok nothing to get too hype about. The customer service? The girl was rude, stank face, no smile, no greeting seemed annoyed that we were looking at the menu (first time there). I apologize and advised it was our first time and got no response and she just walked away. I assume she was having a bad day, So I decided to give them a second chance yesterday. It went even worse, i experience the same bad customer service from the same girl and base off the notices regarding refunds and “getting treated like you treat the employees” makes sense but than again the employee was the one that was rude so how do u expect a customer to treat them with some respect?! And get mad that u even have to post it on your walls but don’t take your own advice. I didn’t mind the wait, but once i got home my torta was burnt and the inside of the torta was missing a huge chunk of the bread like it had got stuck to their grill and ripped off and husbands tacos were super soaked in chile sauce that made them soggy. Wasted almost $50 both times just to be disappointed both time and instead of getting better it got worse! Won’t be going back! Reading through some of these bad reviews and seeing how the OWNER is responding rudely just proves a point in their bad customer...
Read moreFood is good and prices are reasonable. We ordered the 35 tacos for $40 which was a pretty awesome deal. The service... Meh. Had to drop it a star for lackluster service. One girl in particular isn't very friendly. The phone order and in person ordering is weird.
I called in at 2:00 and was told I had to pick up at 4:30 because they were booked the rest of the night. New year's eve so it's understandable. But when I went to pick up my order another guy who was waiting told me that he came in at 4:00 and he was told to wait 45 minutes and his order went out before mine so I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for my order.
Not a huge deal as a later pickup was desired but if I had scheduled around the time they gave me I would have been 20 minutes behind. Also, while I was waiting I heard her taking other in person orders for the taco tray and giving them a 45 minute pick up time. So I thought, why did they tell me I had to pick up at 4:30 when they are taking more orders in person and giving them priority? Shouldn't the people who planned and scheduled get priority? But alas, the planners get pushed back so the drop ins can get their stuff first...
Poor system, could use some thoughtful...
