Just bought a bow for my bro and they gave me a life-time discount on their servicing as long as I bring it in (and I own it). This is a big deal. You go some where to have your strings worked on, or cams changed, thats a set $50-100 fee. Here its $25 with their coverage as long as you own the bow. The pricing here is competitive, but keep in mind they are a small business and have to make a living and can't compete penny for penny with amazon/ebay. Instead of "saving a buck or two" you get to be involved locally. That matters to some of us. Staff is sociable and kind, exactly what Im looking for from a small business owner and they know their stuff. I had him tie my peep and set my cam timing and he moved my rest but didn’t bother to check alignment. I went home and it shot all over the place when I took it back he said there was nothing wrong with it. It took a lot of convincing for him to finally admit the rest was out of alignment. There were 3 staff members, only one of them was actually doing something on a bow. The rest were all just chatting it up about nothing of consequence. I wasn’t even acknowledged in 10 minutes that I was there, not even a simple greeting or “we’ll be with you soon”.
