Backyard Social Club — Restaurant in Clovis

This bar is very unassuming from outside. Majority of the parking is in the back. However, on a busy evening, parking can be hard to come by. You walk into a backyard setting with tables, chairs and some games to partake in. There are fire pits available colder weather evenings. Inside is quite the maze. Depending on which door you come through, you may find yourself in a small dining area, bar or stage. But they can all be accessed by turning through various hall corners. Amazing atmosphere for the gang of friends to hang out and have a few drinks. When the weather is good, I can imagine this place would be packed if not then more space for people to sit and hang. The bar is inside and there is sitting in there too. All my years in Clovis, I totally have been missing out though I’m not a big drinker, this is a place to just go and shoot the breeze with buddies. I know that everyone else had no complaints and they appreciated the atmosphere here. Most everyone that came to hang wasn’t even from Clovis. I believe they would recommend this place also. 2nd time coming here. First time sitting indoors. This place has a large selection of great beers and seltzers from many fantastic breweries from local to across California. The pizzas, sandwiches and nachos are really good and for a fairly cheap price as well. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a large outdoor seating area with outdoor games. The inside has a downstairs and upstairs. Upstairs has larger booth style tables and board games to play and also has a large shuffleboard in the center. Great place all around.
