I have to start by saying that this was probably the best furniture shopping experience I have had. I started at another store across town and was in the process of ordering a custom sofa, I spent two days and over 4 hours of my time at this other store and at the end had to walk away not purchasing the sofa I wanted. I stopped in at Kirkland's bc I remembered sitting in a recliner they had on display several weeks ago and remembered thinking it was one of the most comfortable recliners, so had it in the back of my mind to purchase this with a sofa. Steven the manager and the wonderful sales associate working that afternoon were just fantastic. They worked with me, took the extra time to apply coupons to my purchase, showed me ways to increase my savings and gave me a great price on a floor model of an office chair I loved. They gave me space and time to look around but were right there to answer questions or pull things down off a high shelf or to help arrange pieces to determine how they would look together. In the end I actually furnished my entire living room with pieces that I not only loved but that are so comfortable. The best part was that it was only half the price of one sofa that I had intended to buy at another store. Also bc of the time they took with me to maximize the coupons and the sale items I now have over $100 in coupons which I can use to come back and purchase decorator items to Complete my living room. Do not hesitate to shop at the Clovis Kirkland. The staff, the store, and products are top notch. I prepaid my item at the other store because they are sold out at their store and asked me to come over and pick up at this store. My daughter grabbed the wrong pillow which is similar to the one on hold. He look at my receipt, he wentâ you didnât pay for itâ ( which I already prepaid the day before on my receipt) He kept insisting I didnât pay for it, and it was not on the receipt.
Even tho my daughter grabbed the wrong pillow( color almost the same, but pattern slightly different) He could just looked carefully at the receipt and would be more nicer and helpful, not accuse me not paying for it. Arrogant for no reason.

Previous visit: I like the store and the main floor staff. The security was really creepy. We were a big group of 7 people and as soon we got in the store the security started to follow us and he asked very loudly to the cashiers if everything was okay. When we paid for our stuff. He stood right next to us and checked us up and down, and made sure we paid for our stuff, and he asked the cashier again if everything was okay.
