My 3 stars is staying the same. Looks like Little Caesars Pizza needs some more fast food pick ups places and with bigger kitchens. I visited this place couple times and Little Caesars is having hard time keeping up with customer orders. Their modo is pizza hot and ready but apparently not. twice I've seen men & ladies trying to order pepperoni and other styles and this place runs out quick. Twice I witnessed in these food chains guys say they ordered online and pizza was not even on the oven yet. So what's the point of ordering online when its not going to be ready when you drive there wasting gas? And the employee says nope your order not done yet. One customer asked about the classic pizza if there's any left and the employee just said no we don't have any LoL. he sounded like a rookie. anyway some customers are getting upset and wanting refund. Ive even walked out because the front order area was full and people waiting 20 minutes while others waiting 5 minutes. this not fast food if you got to wait outside a lot. So this place having hard time keeping up with Clovis pizza orders. And this place is a small place too. No tables chairs to relax on. Clovis needs more Little Caesars since many people want to budget buy now a days when prices are high in Clovis. This Little Caesars Pizza in Clovis & the one near willow & shaw by 99cent store I used to go too and getting pizzas didn't take too long depending on how busy it was. But this year I visited this Pizza fast food on Shaw and Fowler. Service was better and looked like they hired more employees. But when I looked at there prices for Pizzas they went up 4 dollars or more!! I thought Little Caesars was an affordable place to get fast food so you didn't have to spend a lot of money like you would at Me & Eds or Round Table. Those are way tastier pizzas though. I saw that the Classic Pepperoni pizza is now up to $10 with tax and all when it used to be $5 dollars which makes better sense because its thinner crust and doesn't take much to make it. It seems scammish to raise prices like this on this kind of food. Ever since California wages went up lots of things are going up. $5 and $7 food products are in the past. Seems like the more Huge SUVS and bigger trucks are in the city, lower cost budget products go up 5 to 7 dollars but those same products never get better in value. Subway did exact same marketing thing. Kept prices at $5 dollars to lure in customers and now subsandwiches are $10 to $15 maybe more but same quantity of food on sandwich. A lot of companies do the same thing now. Thanks Little Caesars fast food for the...
Read moreOK, so since my visit was on a Friday night and at the beginning of the month I am very much disappointed in not only the service but the product as well. We always go to the one at the other end of Shaw by Denny's and the 98¢ Only Store which no matter the day or time busy or not is always a positive experience. This however was not. They were busy (but expected), OVER-STAFFED by the looks of the scrambling around the staff was doing and the irritation on all the customer's faces. (Especially this one lady-OMG was she mad). But on top of that throttle blonde girl at the register must've been new or just dumb because she couldn't tell me how long the wait would be - just stood there looking at me like she's dumb until another girl asked her what I was waiting for and told me 6-8 minutes. Plus after I made sure to ask for a receipt (just in case) I walked outside to wait and after said time I started to walk back inside and noticed my receipt said "Jennie"(MY NAME IS JACKIE). To make things worse when I walked in the girl says to me "Jennie?"(OMFG I ALMOST LOST IT)... I calmly but firmly said "uhh it's JACKIE, big difference but according to my reciept, yeah" she handed me a pizza and didn't even apologize for putting my name as JENNIE when I very clearly told Her my name was JACKIE! To end this as my worst ever experience at any Little Cesar's the pizza was poorly made - the cheese what little there was didn't even cover the pizza with big sections with no cheese at all and even less pepperoni that if I'd asked for half the person to be held off it. Needless to say I will not be returning to that particular store again or...
Read moreDisgusting is the first word that comes to mind. I haven't been to this Little Caesars in a very long time, but today stopped to shop at the Walmart market nextdoor and thought I would grab a quick pizza. I must say I was completely disgusted with how dirty this place was. The front windows and the door and the door handles were filthy dirty you don't even want to touch them. Then I go inside to pick up the pizza and had to wait a few minutes, just enough time to notice that everything was dirty! The stainless steel ovens where they hold the pizzas were also filthy dirty! I asked the young man why nobody cleans when all it would take is some windex spray and a paper towel to clean them and the front doors and windows. He of course had no real answer. But did say they clean where the food areas are. But, I doubt it.. Then I was noticing everything, the floors were filthy the boxes where they used to keep condiments were gross and I could see back to the back white door, well it was a white door about half black now with dirt. I told him they should at least clean. This is a place where people get food. I am afraid to think about the coolers and kitchen. If they don't bother to clean where people see just imagine what we are not seeing. This is pure LAZINESS! Complete neglect! The manager and owner should be ashamed of themselves. I walked out with a pizza I couldn't even stomach to eat when I got home. I have always been proud to live in Clovis but this place was embarrassing and should probably have a visit from the...
