My family and I came from Jacksonville to get some gas on our way back home and we got hungry. And our cousins who lived in the area recommended the fried chicken there and we were blown away when we took it home to Jacksonville. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy in the inside. Even though it is the cajun flavor, it's not very spicy, but had the right amount of cajun flavor. Great little counter carry out inside the BP Bodega, across from the power plant on US1, in Port Saint John. Chicken is delicious. I often get the tender box, which has about 6 large steak fries, 3 very tender chicken tenders, and a blueberry muffin which is so moist it tends to fall apart in the box. It's the best part! Lol The tenders are moist, soft, and never overcooked. I find most places, and people, tend to overcook chicken to the point of being dry, chewy, and tough. What can I say except this is the BEST KRISPY KRUNCHY CHICKEN of them all(I've eaten at the other 3 KKC and in my opinion this is the BEST). It is located inside a convient store that sales gas as well and other items. The store is well lite, there is handicap parking.
