Let’s keep in mind this is a 15$ spot for a bowl and a drink. I could goto saltgrass and get a sirloin with all the fixings for this price. So this is my first time at cava. I ordered a bowl chicken with half beans and half rice and taziki. I didn’t know what to expect but I had to dig around today find any rice and beans and almsot zero Tarsi(gonna call it this ). There was some but doesn’t seem like the correct portion. What I was most shocked about is there was just a touch of tsaziki. Not a spoon full of but literally just a presence of it. Like i imagine when they were putting my order in (online order ) rsther then refill it(I was waiting 20 min so they could have refilled it ) was so Baren I showed it to them and kindly asked is this the normal portion of rice beans and tsaziki. I said look at the tsaziki. Is this a normal amount ? She just kinda looked at me as if im a Karen. Rather then say no it’s not let me fix that girl said . Are you saying you need more ??? Rudely. Obviously I need more abs I could have just come out and said this but I wanted to make sure they know how they failed me. but what I really wanted to know is what a normal portion is supposed to loook like is it what’s in a side cup ?then I got 1/100th of that size. I’m new here and was it made welcome in fact I feel the opposite. I asked another employee while she went to get a side for me if this looks normal to her. She seemed uncomfortable like I Was being confrontational but I was just curious , so the other girl showed up and said. Ya it’s hard to tell because as it is, I finished her sentence. “You can’t even see it right. It’s barely there. “ Yes they both said. They should have said this from the beginning and apologized for giving me no sauce. It could have been that simple, they want to take the long route abs get a review. Customer service is about handling issues as they arrive with grace. This palce fails for that. Maybe cuz it’s all college kids ? Who knows. Edit manager came by and talked to me while writing this most likely they saw it cuz I’m not secretive about it. I just don’t wanna ruin their ratings with a low one so I’ll go 4, didn’t reelize they been only open 2 weeks and...
Read moreCava is my go-to spot for rice and salad bowls, and trust me, it’s worth every penny! 🌟 💵
I’ll admit, I was hesitant at first because it seemed a bit pricey for a daily lunch. But after my first bite, I was hooked. Every ingredient is fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth it. The real game-changers? Their dips and spreads! My personal faves are Harissa, Red Pepper Hummus, and Tzatziki. 🫶 I’ve tried all of them (yes, all!), and these three are a must-try combo.
As a vegetarian, I stick to the Falafel, and let me tell you—it’s perfect. Crispy, tasty, and just right. Pro tip: Add Pita Crisps for that extra crunch—it takes the bowl to the next level. 🤤
And don’t sleep on their app! It’s user-friendly, offers rewards, and even gives me a free side pita with every order. Who doesn’t love free food? 🥙

Read moreI ordered a salad online and not only was my order either taken or never made, I was given a fourth of what I ordered after made to wait while they hurriedly made it. I ordered what sounded like a delicious Greek salad. What I got when I got back to my office upon opening my lunch was a plethora of delicious toppings and hardly any actual leafy greens. Don’t get me wrong the hummus, chicken and toppings were delicious but what I paid and asked for was a salad and with a salad comes the actual lettuce. I felt skimped 😂 I got a fourth of what my bowl should of looked like. Although I appreciate the polite young woman who apologized and made my order, I probably will not be returning. My advice: call and make sure your order is made before arriving and check your food before leaving...
