Avoid this place at all cost. If I could have given zero stars I would have We made a direct purchase (not rent to own) of a sofa in late July. We dealt with the manager, Dustin who told us that our sofa should in within a few days to a week. 2 weeks later the sofa finally arrived and was delivered (the delivery driver also hit my parked car, but hey accidents do happen, no sweat). After an extended installation process (they didn't have the correct bit for the screws so I offered and ended up installing the legs myself) my wife and I noticed that this was not the sofa we ordered. The next day my wife called to inquire about the sofa we should have received and after initially saying that we got what we ordered Dustin acknowledged his mistake and then agreed reorder the correct sofa. 7 days after the reorder when I checked on the status I was told by the store GM, Phil that it would be another week before the sofa would even ready to be shipped and he could not give me and estimate on when I would receive the sofa, other than to say "it shouldn't be very long" (we're now talking over a month to get this sofa when we were initially told "a couple of days, a week at the most". When I said to Phil, "put yourself in my shoes," he said that he was sorry. For all the nonsense that I've heard from them, "I'm sorry" rings very insincere. I asked about a discount for all the inconvenience, including the damage to my car and Phil said we gave you a discount when you purchased it. Yes, that's true, but with their discount we paid the same price that we would have paid to get the same sofa at Wayfair (which Phil acknowledged). And the price we paid with their discount was assuming that we didn't have all of the extra time and effort because they did not to the right thing upfront. When I asked to speak to the regional manager Phil gave me a phone number that kept me on hold for 13 minutes before I decided to hang up and cancelled my order and request a refund.
Do make the same mistake that I did. DO NOT waste your time at Aarons, go to Wolf's, Capparella's, or an on-line merchant. Their prices are the same or better and you won't be dealing with...

So Aaron’s deliver me the used refrigerator I had to take the doors off to get it in my home only to find little eggs in the doors and in the fridge only to find they were roaches. I took pictures an called Aaron’s to informed them that this fridge was infest with them. So I was told they would provide me traps or reduce my pay off on the fridge and they would not take it back I barely had to throw it out. I am extremely pissed off that I have now spent money ever week to try and get theses damn things out of my home. And the worker I do not think put this in the computer also I mention it a couples weeks ago and I was more like lying. At this point I am thinking about sending all my stuff...
Read moreHonestly, this place is a total scam. The cheapest couch was almost twice the price of other furniture stores cheapest couch and worse qualify. Then on top of it, they suck you in by advertising the per month price to suck you in and come up with these payment plans where you end up paying considerably more than the original price. They're preying on poor people. Promising affordable furniture then in the end charging at least three times as much as you'd pay somewhere else, and that's assuming you make all the payments on time. I don't know what the late fees are, but if it's anything like most payment plan services, they'll be steep. Don't let this place fool you, they aren't on your side. They profit off people who can afford...
