Have visited many times and have had mixed experiences. There is a particular employee claiming she is a manager that left such a bad impression I hesitated to return. So much so, that my husband and I won't even go inside if she is present. She was very pushy and rude. While being helped by another employee, she interrupted the potential sale and tried to raise the price of an item. It felt manipulative and ran us off. Very poor salesmanship! I recently visited on a Saturday evening and was met with a completely new experience. This employee was very knowledgeable, straightforward, pleasant, and helpful. I wish I had caught her name! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. The store offers much more than just smoking products and accessories. There are all sorts of unique items like slow burning incense, odor eliminating candles, fun displays, adult and child masks, decorative containers, functional trays, glass products, stickers, and more. You are sure to find plenty of exciting treasures. The staff is awesome - very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I mean it's just a smoke shop. Your regular old smoke shop with inscence, bongs, pipes, and everything else that everyother smoke shop has with the same half baked clerk working the counter to lazy to do anything. Giving me attitude so I hurry up and make my purchase, so he can get back to ripping his cart or whatever. Nothing special about this place, their selection of Kratom is garbage, the selection of edibles is sup-par.
