I give Dillards a 3 as I used to love shipping at this store. However, now I think ppl just get dressed up and collect a pay check LSS.. saw a suit on sale which was a craft price, asked the main manager if they was correct he said yes. Went to purchase it and the man in the dept, first argued with me about the price, who the man was who said it was the price I quoted him, then he rang it up$100 over. Made him re ring it. Alterations, I knew what I needed, ( husband was not there) but I been found it for years. Again he argued with everything I said. If the suit wasn't a good one or one my husband hasn't already had i would have left. This person kept arguing He gave me a date for pickup, called 3 days after that and the suit still was wrinkled, had chalk marks from things should have been done, waist was never touched and the hem line was not the length I have then. All this man had to say was Blah Blah Blah. It was the saddest ever. I walked away a asked he steam suit and headed for CS. Then arrives Sharon, a cosmetic woman, who in 2 minutes changed my upset to coming back and spending hundreds more. She is the kinda is worker the store needs. Not not it all's, that bark at the customers and then even wind done even apologize. If I know Sharon works I'll go. Dillard's needs...

Nice location very quiet and clean and huge selection , the greeter was amazingly nice and helpful , he went above and beyond and made small talk with me and let me know he had family up by me in Michigan , honestly the chat with him made my day even though he had a walker he strolled me through the store and showed me where exactly I needed to look for the product I was searching for ... honestly the world needs more people like this gentleman I wish I would've caught his name but I feel like academy needs to recognize him ....thank you for finding this guy and making him part of your...

I went for the first time to this mall. I was told the Yogurt place was one of the best ones around the area. My friend told me how the business was shut down and it had a sad story behind it..
