UPDATE REVIEW: Malik was extremely helpful with helping us get our sectional. Malik went above and beyond by meeting us at the warehouse and assisted with loading our pieces into our vehicle. We appreciate the understanding and the willingness to make this right! We are very happy with our sectional and the customer service. I purchased a sectional from here and was given misinformation from several different employees. Ordered in January, receipt said expected delivery 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks I called to check on status and was told it would be another 3-4 weeks for delivery. The store manager did offer me a discount for my troubles but if it wasn’t for Deon, I would have canceled this entire order. Deon was always extremely professional, courteous, polite, and helpful. He arranged for the pieces that were available to be delivered and communicated with me on when the other pieces would arrive. I’m a manager for my company and trust me, I immediately notice great customer service and terrible customer service when I see it. Read moreThis is sad. I bought a couch last year . The zipper broke so I called in October to see if I can replace the covers . Was given the cost and said they could do it but the problem is the coach is how discontinued . They said all they needed was the model and sku to order from Ashley’s parts . I tore the couch up for two weeks no luck, spoke to the owner she didn’t know how to order replacement parts but said it wasn’t a problem. Told her I couldn’t find the information she was looking for . So I called and asked for an update about two weeks later ,No word. Text her two weeks after that directly and long story short it was never ordered and said nothing now couldn’t be done because it was discontinued but still made it a point they needed the SKU and model number. I asked for a picture of my invoice and googled the information . The information on the sku and model is on their invoices . Now called Ashley and in the process of getting my cushion covers .
They have a great set up, but that’s about it . Really sad because we were about to head back there and start buying our bedroom set and start getting furniture...

Turns out they sold me a bed frame they didn't even have in stock, although I chose it because it was supposedly in stock. When I went to the warehouse to pick it up, the men working there were leering at me, even though I was with my fiance. Then they tried to get me to pick out a different bedframe without telling me what was going on. I refused. I wanted the one I ordered. TWO MONTHS later, I contact Acima to get my money back, because I still never even received a call about my bed. Acima agrees to take that off my total, and not even ten minutes after I speak to the Acima rep, the girl from Full House Furniture calls and says that they received my bed. Because the MONEY was going to be taken away. It was too late. Customer service at its worst. I thought it was incredibly funny that my bed arrived as the money was leaving their account. Who...
