If I could give -stars I would . I came up to shop on a Tuesday after work. Walked in and the store had about 15 people in line well I wanted to look at some earrings in the case so I stood there for a while waited patiently and this woman working named Rita looks over and says what do u want? I said I would like to look at those earrings and she goes u need to get in line then and I said to look at earrings what if I don’t want them as I quickly reminded her I didn’t want to cut line just wanted to look at them. She then begins to rudely say loudly oh well!! U need to get in line!! As I’m in line there are 2 Latino women and a white woman wanting to return items and she says we ain’t taking returns today. Then 2 African American women walk up with returns and she takes them. That’s called racism!!! So finally I get thru the line and the cash register worker complains about me wanting to look at earrings and I pointed and said blame that woman there. She looks over and just rolls her eyes as she’s deciding who can return items because of their color. So unprofessional! This women needs to be fired. Sorry but racism is racism. I won’t ever...
Read moreThis is my first time visiting Tennessee and happened to visit this Ross. I was really disappointed at this one, especially the cashier. She was the only one checking me out but she was very rude. I could not find a barcode for my item and asked her if she could help me find it. She didn’t bother to look and demanded that I had to go back and find a similar one with the same brand, hopefully I can find the exact same one. That was the only beanie that I could fine there. Then she said: “well so you’re just gonna have to pay whatever it says on there.” I was really upset. It’s a ROSS store. The store price is different from the market price of the item. I was really upset. I was able to find a different beanie, got checked out, and she didn’t even bother to give me a receipt. I had to comeback in and request for one. WTH. Never comeback...

When a customer has waited 30 minutes in line just for you to tell them they have to wait longer because you don’t know policy is ridiculous! Yesterday I was in there and I purchased 2 shirts, after I got home o noticed one of the shirts had holes in the shoulder area, then when I take it back after waiting 30 minutes in line the girl tells me we can’t except damaged merchandise! I bought there and it was like that you fool! It was already damaged on you all’s shelves! I had my receipt and everything and just purchased it the day prior! Then she made me go get the manager myself! I would have have 1 star had the manager not been good at what she does, will never be back to this...
