Goodwill Store — Local services in Collierville

UPATE: Almost one year later it seems absolutely nothing has changed. Still got ripped off. Me and my friend found matching shirts they just said something different on them and they wanted to charge her $6 and me $1.99?? So we said something to the manager and she said it depends on how they are tagged. Tags through the collar are t shirts. These were both t shirts and she wouldn’t make it right to my friend for being tagged wrong. How are you going to look at identical shirts and tell us “oh well I like to give people chances.” Girl no, you just don’t want to be a good manager for a store a lot of people have problems with. Period.

Every time I go to the Goodwill there seems to be a problem. And every time I go to the Goodwill I have the same cashier. She always manages to overcharge me add items multiple times and I always have to get it fixed and readjusted. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! (Long sleeves she will ring up as sweaters and shirts as blouses) She is rude and she causes problems every time I go. I went with my friend and I literally said in line okay, there’s no way she can mess this up you have one thing. WELL she messed it up and was extremely rude. She refused to sell an item and had an attitude. My friend said she was going to call corporate because of the constant issues. She said “call corporate, GIRL BYE” I’m sorry but when I worked in customer service I would NEVER (to someone that wasn’t being rude, if a customer is rude then sure be rude back.) but I shop at this goodwill ALL the time, there are some very nice employees but honestly this lady needs to probably find another job that does not involve dealing with customers. I shop here a lot because they have a clean store and a lot of great options. Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, after shopping for an hour i went to the dressing rooms to try on my clothes. I left my basket of clothes outside my dressing room while i tried 6 on at a time (it’s a rule you can only bring in 6 items at a time). After one of my “rounds” of 6 items, I come out to my basket gone. I asked 2 workers where I could find my basket. One of them looked me up and down and said “well why did you leave it there for 20 minutes” and then turned around and walked away. I was shocked how you responded while all the other workers at least said they didn’t know where it went in a polite manner. You never know what someone is going through, so after the day I had I just wanted to leave. I’m kind of shocked why she responded that way still, and why no one could help me retrieve those clothes. The Collierville Carriage crossing location is the best hands down ! This store is clean warm and welcoming. There is a consistency of merchandise being brought to the floor so to answer the number 1 question ?? When is the best time to shop ??? Anytime because it's always stocked with new selections from formal to everyday wear psst soo many quality labels and the purses and shoes. You never know what you'll find ,They actually had a kayak! Countless medical supplies from diapers to walkers and omg the baby section is a life saver for moms ..
