SHOUT OUT TO HOBBY LOBBY IN COLLIERVILLE 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Hobby Lobby is indeed one of my FAVORITE places to shop 🩷 They have such great merchandise and prices. I went by yesterday on my lunch break to get some Spring stickers for my March planner. And what a great surprise, the stickers were discounted. YAY 🙂 I also bought a Beautiful bronze elephant bowl that I couldn't pass up for I plan to use it as a candle holder. During checkout I had a really sweet and friendly cashier name Anita C. who greeted me with a smile. It was a young man standing up front with her who appeared to be a manager. They both thanked me for visiting. I Love going in around the holidays for it is always fully stocked with all kinds of goodies. I tried to return a Brother Sewing/Embroidery machine to this store. I was told that I needed to return it through Brother. I called Brother and was told they could not accept a return on products that were not purchased directly from them. I called the store back and spoke with the store manager, who stated that their policy is not to accept returns of sewing machines that are open. How would I know that I needed to return it if I didn't open It? I got the same answer from someone in their corporate offices. The store manager said the problem was covered under the warranty. Why would I want to keep a new machine that needed repair 18 days after purchase? It will continue to need repairs and for that reason, I no longer want the machine. I will no longer shop at Hobby...
