Muddy Paws Pet Emporium — Local services in Collierville

One star since 0 isn’t an option . I will never bring my dogs back to Muddy Paws. I booked both of my dogs with the same groomer over 8 weeks ago. When I arrived, a different groomer came out to pick up my dog. The owner blamed me, saying I should’ve clarified—even though I did, and was told Cassidy would handle them because of their size.

I also told them—both when I booked and again at drop-off—that one of my dogs struggles with grooming. They said it was fine. No warning, no concern. But when I picked her up, they tacked on a surprise $40 fee, claiming two groomers had to help. Not a single call, text, or heads-up. Just a higher bill and excuses.

The owner insisted they always explain prices “can go up.” That was never said, and it’s not on their website either. I felt blindsided and blamed for their poor communication.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely disrespectful....

Beautiful pet store and grooming area. I love the selection of toys, treats, and food and my pups do too! They have one of the best selections of fashionable leashes and collars I have seen. They also carry a number of small business brands that you just don't find at big box pet stores.

I look forward to going back. I haven't gotten the chance to use the self service baths yet but I will definitely be going after the dog park one day as the prices are reasonable and the...

Wonderful establishment. Clean self wash facility with super friendly and helpful employees. Owner on premise and knowledgeable about products in store. Also, I had my standard poodle groomed here and she looked nothing short of spectacular. Groomers were pleasant and showed care and concern for my pet....
