FOR THE DRIVERS: to get here take s byhalia rd, turn right to e Winchester rd, then left to s rowlett and the truck entrance will be on your left. WARNING the workers are rude. My biggest issue was with the yard driver. I asked the transportation clerk where to park. She told me what to do and I followed her directions. The yard driver blocks my truck in and starts yelling at me about where I parked. I told him I was just following the directions the transportation clerk gave me. He got mad and said don't do what she tells me and from now on I need to find him and ask him where I need to park. I then got my loaded trailer and parked in the area that the yard driver told me to go so I could do my pre trip. The yard driver comes back again but this time he jumps on my truck and sticks his head in my window asking what I'm doing. I told him I'm about to get out to do my pre trip. He said I can't do pre trips on the property and I have to leave. I then ask him were can I go my pre trip at because for safety I have to make sure my trailer is safe to take. He says I don't care were you go but you can't do it here. I told my DM about the harassment I experience. Long story short apparently almost every driver that day who works for my company filed a formal complaint about the customer service and disrespect experience from the employees at this location. My best advice is don't come here and if you have to come here keep your phone in your hand and record every interaction you have so if there is a issue you will have the evidence to file a formal complaint because these people need to be written...
Read moreOk Drivers , so maybe what is being written on this review about the employees isn’t all true , I got here at 7:05 am for an 8:00 am appointment no problems at the guard shack polite and professional gentleman, he instructed me from the cutting the seal to open the doors to sliding the tamdoms to where to go and park and walk to the receiving office, now pay attention to the address do not go to the Byhalia Rd address instead go to this address 671 S. Rowlett St put this in your truckers gps and it will take you to the backside truck entrance it’s an entrance that is shared by two companies one is Pepsi and the other?? But it’s another company also when making the right turn onto S. Rowlett St your going to see a no truck allowed sign for you the trucker can not go through, but you can go through because it’s the way into the property with the semi, there you will encounter the guard shack on your left there will be a gate that he or she will open and follow instructions from there on by the guard shack… Now let’s see how long I’ll be waiting to get unloaded????!lol
Ok not bad appointment was at 8:00 am got a door at 9:25 am and started to unload at 9:40 am not bad being busy but out of everything pretty good if I say so my self , and they were all polite and professional, may caught them on a bad day or something...
Read moreTruckers - DO NOT GO TO BYHALIA RD ADDRESS. Go to Winchester Blvd, make a left into darkness . Follow that around to the east side onto S Rowlett Street look for little tiny sign saying truck deliveries... Not the signs saying ' NOT PEPSI '
Guard may not be there ( mine was missing for 10 minutes) but the time they put on your bills is your check in time . Once checked in move to the right and park by trailers, walk to office where you'll meet a grumpy woman who'll tell you she has to go by guards time .. and this $233 billion dollar company can't afford to fix the dock lights so no GREEN OR RED FOR YOU but you'll feel them unload you ..
