I went there to purchase a nose ring . Unfortunately no one was available. Until 1:00 pm . That’s the time the clock read they would return. It was ok with me , because I had only 10 min to wait. So I decided to walk around the mall and check out some of the other stores. I stopped by Spencer’s and they were really helpful and knowledgeable about piercing. I even end purchasing 3 pair nose ring from them . They also had a lot of different varieties to choose from . Also the customer service was on point . !!!!!! After leaving there decided to not to go by piercing pagoda , because I had already found what I wanted at Spencer's but as I walked by . I thought to myself?? Let me look at the what they have . A young lady approached me and ask me if I needed help ??? I said yes . I’m looking for nose piercing. She said it’s in the other side . I said ok . When I was pointing at the one I wanted . She said I have to spray your hand first . Which is understandable do to COVID . Then I pointed on top of the glass. What I wanted to see . She picked up the wrong piercing. She did not put her hand inside of the case into the direction I was pointing. . Therefore without touching the product. How do she know where I was pointing. Then she picked up a heart ❤️ I said it’s not that one it this one at the bottom. She says that’s the same one . I said no it’s not . She said you’re pointing on the wrong one . !!!! Very Loud !!!! First of all Why is she auguring with me About where my hand is pointing. It’s not like I can get the item I want myself . Second . I ask her how do you know where I’m pointing if I’m pointing on top of a glass ???? She says ok ok I apologize then she gives me the the silent treatment. Only answering questions very shortly. I’m feeling a attitude now . So I said forget it . I’ll just order on line and pick it up here . She said ok . No thank you or nothing !!!!!!! It’s said companies put inexperience people in positions to treat customers like this !!!!! I felt disappointed, disrespectful. She should be held accountable. I wash I could let a district manager know how I was treated. .maybe I will continue to proceed this , until I find one . In the meantime I hope you guys don’t ever have to be treated...

My friend only spoke Spanish and she also felt comfortable and welcome, because Monique was bilingual and was able to break down and explain everything to my friend in her language. My friend and I were able to understand the process. My son also got his piercing done with her. All 3 of us didn't feel any pain, just a little pinch (flawless) and walked away with smiles. Monique was amazing and down to earth. It was easy, it was fast, It was painless and she made us all feel very comfortable. She has amazing customer service and a loving spirit. Monique you rock and are super awesome!.... I really hope i remembered...

She did not clean the piercing location before or after procedure, the holes are not even, and she said I "HAD" to get a short stud because of the size of my ear lobes. I continuously explain to her that my ears are very sensitive and have a hard time healing but earring post is so short there is no wiggle room and it's impossible to clean properly. Also had a bunch of people standing and sitting outside and inside the booth... Very unprofessional and will not...
