Customer service LIES. When you buy something on a promotion make sure you truly understand that unless you are planning to pay it off in total you have to actually call the for them to allocate your payment only after the billing cycle. Which I feel is crazy.If I'm Making a payment more than the minimum balance it shouldn't have to be allocated. I spoke to several people prior to my a large payment on my account to get the run around once that payment posted. Speaking with Lisa the floor manager was no help so i asked for her manager Sabrina. Neither have good customer service skills. An don't let me start about the store in Southpark my husband purchased me some earrings that broke the first week so we took them back to have them replaced an no one ever called us to pick the new ones up since we were told they had to order them. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue with the Store Manager hand delivering my jewelry for service and turning it around to meet a rush deadline DURING A HOLIDAY in spite of a new computer system! Read moreMy husband and I visited the store to send a diamond bracelet off for repair, unfortunately the purchase was not loaded in the system under his name. Jason and Sherri spent quite a bit of time with us trying to find it and even helped to consolidate duplicate profiles into one for us. They were both very helpful easy to work with. We returned with the receipt 2 days later and Jason helped us to get the repair scheduled, he also helped us to track down why the purchase wasn’t loaded on my husbands name on the day of purchase. He is working even now to correct the issue and to ensure these types of errors don’t happen in the future. Shout out to a Jason and Sherri at Zales Colonial Heights Southpark...
