Went here with my hubby, infant, 4 year old and my 8 year old who is autistic. We bought for the 2 kids and one for hubby and I to share since we knew we would probably be busy with the kiddos. We were not asked how many courses just how many people. They were just having fun going hole to hole on one course and no score keeping just having a good time. Got to hole 18 and when my sons ball went into the hole and disappeared he was upset. My husband and I had not played and so we gave him ours. I assume the manager came out and asked how many courses did we pay for? Said I wasn’t asked just how many people so honestly didn’t know? She said we would know because they would have given us something to indicate more than one. Told her we had not played so was going to give our ball to him to let him take our turn and she said “no” only my husband or I could play! She was yelling and absolutely rude! Asked them for a refund since we had not played and she wouldn’t let our son use ours. She said no. We started to leave and our son wanted to hit the ball one last time on the skull hole. Said it was fine and she came running out of the building yelling at him! Needless to say this was an absolutely awful experience. Won’t be back and won’t be recommending! Steer clear of here especially if you have children with...
Read moreMy friend and I went over to Adventure mini golf FOR THE FIRST TIME. It was different from what we had previously been to and we were having a good time. We got there around 8pm and we had just finished the first game and sat down to drink water, relax and talk for a bit. Well a woman that worked there interrupted our conversation and began to tell us that they close at 10. They were busy and had gotten quite a few guests around 9:15 after we had shown up at 8 and she was telling us to basically get out before or at 10.
Since they had gotten a rush we were waiting for the many people ahead of us to go through the courses so we can choose which course to go on to next. We had explained that to the woman and she began telling us our options of jumping ahead in the course and the going back to the beginning so we can get out earlier so she can leave. If we had walked into the course late like the other guests had we can understand her telling us about it, but because we came in at 8 we felt like it was premature for her to tell us that they...
Read moreIt's fall, so there are leaves all around. I expect to have to move some that blow around on a windy day. There were so many leaves on the course, that we couldn't get our golf balls to the cup without grooming each hole ourselves. Sometimes the balls wouldn't come out of a pipe, leaves. When we told the older manager on duty, he just looked at us. Said we should take par on those holes. It wasn't a windy day, so what he and the staff we saw, did, I don't know. We even tried some batting at the end, he took our dollar, but offered no free tickets, no discount, no free 1.00 batting practice token, after buying 2, no sorry. Nothing. Its 6.00 to putt per adult. Pretty worn, kinda broke on some holes. I'd go somewhere else....
