I’d give this location 0 stars if I could because of 1 staff member, I wasn’t able to get his full name because when I asked he just laughed and walked away. We were patiently waiting alongside 2 other parties, each with 2 people, we were a party of 4 when a little boy and his dad walked into the establishment and up to the podium and your wait staff, a light complected mid to late 20 year old with dark brown hair, a pot belly and glasses took the party of 2 that walked in the door and immediately sat them down. I was close enough to hear all that was said, the little boy walked up to the podium and said “table for 2” and then started to say his order when his dad said “no they’ll take our order at the table”. We got his attention and said there were people waiting, and he rolled his eyes, think of how a prepubescent 12 year old girl rolls her eyes in a fit of sass and walked away with the party of 2 while laughing. I was completely astonished but the overt disrespect and lack of general hospitality. This person has absolutely no business working as a wait staff. The young lady who was the actual hostess even seemed bothered by the way he handled the matter. He then kept walking past our table with a strange smirk and at one point looked at my 12 year old son and said “it’s okay, I did training in San Antonio” my son said “what Outback training?” We were confused by what exactly he meant by that. We just moved here from Houston and this was one of our first dinners as a family, my 7 year old daughter cried in the car asking why he was so rude toward her father and said she never wants to go back to any Outback Steakhouse, it wasn’t first on our list but every single other Colorado Springs establishment has been far more welcoming. We will be taking this matter...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Restaurant was 3/4 empty and still had to wait 25 min to get a table. Had to wait outside because of the Covid. Then we finally get a table and are told that you can’t add steak to an order, which every other outback in the nation does. Was told if I wanted to add 6 oz of steak I had to buy another entire meal, even though I wouldn’t be getting the sides. I said okay. Then they came back and told us there was no kids steak. A steak house without kids steak. I asked if they could just give us the 6oz sirloin at the kids steak rate since they were out. (A 1 ounce difference mind you. Kids steak is 5 oz. Reg small steak is 6oz). Manager replied back with no, very rudely. I told them I was going to leave and leave a bad review and she didn’t care. They would rather loose $100 in my business plus receive a bad review over 1oz steak difference. So 1 hour later and no food. Hadn’t even put our orders in yet and the restaurant is 3/4 empty. We walked out. I’ve never left a bad review in my life but this manager should be fired. I will never eat at this outback again. You would think that during Covid when restaurants are struggling they would be appreciative of your business and want to earn it. Not at this outback. I always tip very heavily too. This manager should find...

Outback is our favorite place. We don't have one by us, so we were excited to be staying in a hotel next to one. We brought clothes to get dressed up for our night out to eat on vacation. A date night that we never get to have since we are always working. Well, Kelly ruined that for us with her horrible service.
My ribs were paper thin and didn't even have bones on one side. They were hard and I could barely eat them. I ate very little. My boyfriend's steak was burnt. It was charred. He couldn't eat almost any of it. His shrimps looked nasty and were on a burnt piece of bread. Wine was bad.
When Kelly came back to ask us how everything was, a long, long time after, we expressed our dismay and she said okay and walked away. She never came back. I looked at her multiple times as she was sitting down talking in a booth. We were her only table and it was about 9 30 pm. She never came over that I actually had to raise my voice to get any type of service. If it wasn't for my boyfriend, I wouldn't have left her a penny. Horrible service and disgusting food. Outback, after all these years and visits on our part - rewards with the brand and everything - I will never go back.
Even when we needed something, multiple people walked by and no...
