Pure Distilling is a great local find in Colorado Springs. The owners are two compelling entrepreneurs who created a product and brand that is truly unique -- locally sourced, organic and of exceptional taste. It's hard to pick a favorite spirit but it was probably St. Bernard Mountain Whiskey. The spirits are unlike anything I've had before, and the cocktails are impressive. Great local cocktail bar to hang out in and have a few amazing craft cocktails made with local liquor. We tasted the cocktail flight and a few of the outstanding cocktails. All were very good!
