Ahh! I'm so bummed. A week ago I got my phone fixed here. I ended up noticing a day later that the phone was lagging, and when I type the texting keypad doesn't push the correct buttons. When compared with a actual iPhone screen from Apple my replaced phone wasn't as bright, the colors were more gray. A dysfunctional screen. At first I wasn't upset because I know that they have a a six-month back warranty on the screens. A day later I broke the screen when I dropped it. One slice through the middle. (I even had the 15 dollar glass protector) and the phone UNDER the screen broke. Not the protector. The phone. Weird right? Long story short I bring it in to get replaced and the girl at the counter admits that it's lagging & there have been issues with 7plus batch. She asks the manager if she can replace it, he says no. Due to the crack. Bottom line I don't care about the crack. I care that my phone is lagging and I can't text. I care that I have to use Siri to type things out.I guess that I understand where they're coming from, if I was lying and if there wasn't an actual lagging issue. But there is a lagging issue, and my phone is under warranty. I thought that they were great at first, great customer service at first. But this is a really terrible experience as a customer. I came in because my screen was broken, and now I am leaving with a broken screen, and a color display problem, and an iPhone that isn't collaborated. I could be overreacting but you be the judge. 150...

I started my adventure at the north location with a perfectly functioning phone that had a cracked screen.
After a few hours of repair, I left the shop with what I thought was a working phone. Fast forward 10 days and I couldn't take it anymore. Ghost touches, dead spots, and unresponsive proximity sensor were a few of the issues i was having. I took the phone back to the South location to get it repaired under warranty. Two hours later, the tech came from the back asking if he could erase my phone, I agreed considering there were no other options as the phone was not responding to anything. Thirty minutes later the tech returns to deliver the news that my phone no longer has a working home button, and that they cannot get an operating software to load. His solution was to reinstall a broken screen and have me take it to Apple for repairs!
I left with a broken phone, with no backup, and a cracked screen with the only solution being a trip to the Apple Store.
I was told by a Mac Corner associate that they use third party repair parts and that the parts have a high percentage of failures from the factory. I was also told that I would receive a call from the owner to make things right... two weeks later and haven't heard a word...
I would highly recommend going straight to Apple for a few extra dollars to save yourself a headache from The...
Read moreJust finished working with Logan at the Janitell store, and he is wonderful. We've been in to see him 3 days in a row, and he's still smiling! He's very patient and explains things to non-tech savvy people like us very well. My husband upgraded some software and found that it wouldn't work with snow leopard. We hadn't done anything to our macbook pros since we bought them, and they were having problems in general. Logan was great about checking things out and offering solutions that were very reasonable. We actually decided to go with solid state drives because we haul our computers around a lot, and our computers are lots faster now. Dropped them off and they were both finished the next day. And Logan helped us with a few problems we had resulting from the new operating system and our very old software, and our unknowledgeable selves. We're very pleased and would highly recommend Mac Corner. As a side note, our son had work done on his macbook last fall at Mac Corner, and they were very helpful to him as well - he does a lot of work in the field so his computer had some rough handling. For a reasonable cost they got his macbook fixed up for what he needed. They seem to be all about fixing your machine for you, rather than selling you something you might not need. We definitely prefer Mac Corner to a trip to the Genius Bar....
