Smoker City Emporium — Local services in Colorado Springs

I really like going to the Emporium, here in Manitou Springs, because of the variety of items and supplies sold.

Aside from just carrying the essential Tobacco Products, like Rolling machines and Cigarette Tubes.. they also have a wide array of different Pipes, Bongs, SteamRollers, Hookahs. You name it, you can probably find it here. They also have a small Incense area, near the front of the store, with all kinds of scents.

I would recommend the "Nag Champa" Brand of Incense Sticks, as they are the cheapest and finest you can buy, and another scent called "Fresh Rain". (it.is.wonderful.)

They also do bulk deals for bundles up to 10-30-100 sticks, as well as allowing you to Mix and Match, if you're looking to try a variety of the scents.

Normally I stop by to grab some Butane Canisters, which is pretty cheap if you buy the "Power" Brand of Butane. I think I pay about $3 a canister, and it can last me months. (Now THAT'S a swindle my dude)

ONE LAST THING: if you are looking for a really tasty Blunt Wrap, I HIGHLY recommend the Zig Zag "Dragonberry" Flavored Cones. They are by far the best that I have tasted and smoked, and I'm very picky when I comes to Blunt flavors.

I went n Thursday July 3 and bought an EC02 Nano, pods, and juice. My vapor stopped working so I called and the manager told me to come down and he would check it out. I live in the mountains so it was a drive. I walked in and the manager was there. He said it leaked because of the altitude where I live. Like this is my first time with a vapor. I have a new car and it leaked all over my car. He immediately said that it was my fault that his device broke. Really. He should not be a manager because he has no management skills. Most of the time when you buy something and it breaks they will replace it or Refund it. The woman I bought it from was standing right there. She knew me because I spent a lot of money there. I was in complete shock how this man talked to me and would not make it right. That 4 days over 4th of July weekend. I was there on Monday July 7th. He blamed me for taking so long to go back. I never in my life ever been treated so badly. Jamal was not there to help but scammed me out of money for 2 new pods. That was not the problem. If anyone know who owns this company please let me know. Until then I will search myself. Never ever will I buy anything at that store again. Also...

If I could give this place is zero Stars I definitely would online it says that it closes at 8 p.m. this is the second time I've been at the shop at 7:40 and 7:45 and both times they refused to give me service I don't understand why they wouldn't just change their closing time to 7:40 if that's the time they're going to close so I wasted a good amount of gas driving way to the other side of town for absolutely nothing and the guy who was locking the door at 7:43 didn't even tell me sorry didn't say anything but they were closed even though the open sign was on and it clearly says that they close at 8 I just don't think a staff that is that lazy and wants to get off early should just simply be honest and say that they close at 7:40 I've only actually been inside of their one time before they closed in the staff was very rude and not very helpful at all but they are the closest head shop to where I live but now I will no longer be doing business to there again and just a heads up for everybody if you can't make it there by 7:30 don't even bother to go and waste your...
