I have very long hair and went into Super cuts and told the lady (Peggy) that I just wanted a trim and my hair cleaned up; I also told her to take off as little as possible. I got into the chair and she made sure to show me how much she was going to take off and that it was okay, I told her that she could take a little more off, so she ran her fingers down and told me to tell her when to stop when she reached where she wanted her to make the cut. We decided to cut about an inch or so off. After she trimmed my hair, she asked if we were doing anything else and suggested layers. We started off with low layers and ended up adding even more layers after she was done with the lower ones. After she had finished my layers, I decided I wanted bangs as well. She kept my bangs long and we kept working them up until we found a bang length and style that I liked. She was extremely informative as well as patient during my visit there. We started out expecting a simple trim and ended up with trim, layers, and bangs. I wanted something that looked more cleaned up, and I'm glad Peggy was the one to help me do that. Today 2/25/16 I went to this location to get my ponytail cut off for a donation. I was glad that I didn't have to wait very long. My entire experience took about 10 minutes. The lady who was cutting my hair (wish I got her name) was obviously annoyed from the get go that I even showed up. She started binding my hair with rubber bands when I asked her to do it a specific way since this was not my first time doing a drastic cut for donation and I knew how I wanted it done. She immediately became visibly agitated and promptly cut off 16 inches of my hair, when I stated I wanted to cut 8 inches. I even told her to account for my hair being curly. So because I requested my hair to be done a specific way, she cut off twice as much as I asked out of pure spite. As soon as she was done, she disappeared to the back and I never saw her again.
