I recently had the pleasure of trying the Island Green smoothie at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and it was an absolute delight! This green concoction is a healthy and refreshing tropical paradise in a cup.

The combination of spinach and kale provides a nutrient-packed base, making me feel like I’m doing something great for my body. But don’t be fooled by the healthy greens; the addition of mango, pineapple, and banana brings a burst of sweetness and tropical flavors that’s simply irresistible.

What truly stood out to me was the perfect balance of flavors. do not eat here ! at 4 pm today i visited this tropical smoothie location & ordered the “avocaloda” smoothie. as soon as i walked out the door i tasted it & immediately walked back in informing the manager & employee that made the smoothie that i did not like it. (the smoothie tasted like nothing but banana & sugar water & the recipe doesn’t even call for banana) They assured me that wasn’t the case, so I asked if i could switch the smoothie out because i knew i could not drink it. The manager insisted the only way i could get a remake OR new smoothie was if i paid again for an entire new smoothie when i only took a single sip from the first one. i shop at this location all the time & have never seen such horrible customer service. He refused to refund me or make a different smoothie. He said he would only make the same smoothie i did not like again, which is extremely unproductive. I asked if this was tropical smoothie policy & he lied and said “yes”, then when i asked to see the policy in writing, he lied again & said “it’s not policy , but it’s the rules.” ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE....

If you want to pay $30 for two tortillas full of lettuce and a disinterested teenager on the other end of the phone when you call on 09/22/25 at 7:15pm then boy this is your place.

Told him I’d been ordering from TSC for 4 years and he said “this store hasn’t been open for 4 years.”

Almost like he forgot it’s a franchise establishment that’s been in business over 25 years with another one on Dobbin like...
