Harbison Center — Local services in Columbia

Made a purchase on Wednesday and it was delivered on Thursday. Needed to have item exchanged and because of health problem have trouble walking. From the moment I entered the store, Chad and a saleswoman made sure that I didn’t have to walk to customer service located in the back of the store. They were kind and thoughtful. I really appreciated their help. I took a seat at the front of the store and Sonya from customer service came to help me and she was excellent, very kind, patient and professional. She made sure the exchange went perfect and I am very thankful for her making the process easy. I noticed that all of the salespeople were friendly and smiling as they helped their customers. When I finish and was leaving the store a young salesman with the name tag that said Cameron open the door so it was easier for me to leave and that was considered and kind. I had a great experience with my sales person, Jessica Heard. She greeted me right away with a friendly smile but also gave me space to look around on my own. She checked back in on me & helped me find the perfect counter height stools for our new kitchen island. I returned a few days later to purchase them & brought my husband to look at sectionals. Jessica is very knowledgeable about her products but she's also very genuine. She was never pushy & answered all of our questions. We will certainly be back to see her & order more...

Harbison Center is...a place. The parking lot is easy to navigate and well paved. The spaces are properly sized and it's easy to park in. The stores in this center are some of my favorites, total wine shout-out. The only complaint I have about this center, which isn't on the center itself, is that Harbison in and of itself is a nightmare to be in. The area is so crowded that just getting here can be rough, but once you're here it's easy to get out and you have a light if you need to turn left...
