I’m a FREQUENT shopper of the nail supplies at Jds on garners ferry and I have been for years. I don’t have a car and use Uber so I called to check if some nail products was in stock before I wasted money going to the store. Tasha was extremely nasty and I had to call by a text app with a different number after she told me to call back as if they are extra busy on Sunday when they just opened at 12. I’ll go today but after today I WILL be shopping online. Products are cheaper and you don’t have to deal with rude customer service. Hair Depo may be the competition y’all need to tighten up...

This store is very disorganized. Shipment boxes unpacked and left in the aisles which is unsafe for customers. Employees on cell phones, sitting behind the counter eating potato chips, hair pieces on the floor and also the employees did not make you feel welcome when you entered this establishment. First time going into this beauty supply store on Saturday and It was fealty. After, checking out the cashier customer service skills was what I expected from a right year old with no manners.
