LOFT — Local services in Columbia

I just had THE BEST experience at this location. I was shopping there last Sunday on a tax free holiday and they were really busy and one of my items was accidentally entered into the register wrong. (It had a final sale sticker that wasn't covering the other sale sticker.) I normally catch those things but because the sale was 50% off everything, I just didn't pay attention. When I got home I loved my purchase so much that I went online and purchased another pair of the same shorts in a smaller size. (I'm loosing weight and want to wear them next summer!) That's when I realized I didn't get the full discount. I live an hour away so I dreaded calling the store because I didn't want to hear "You have to come in"...to my delight they were very professional and accommodating and made the transaction right over the phone. I absolutely LOVE shopping at this Loft location. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Columbia isn't known for its shopping so I want to give this store some love because it is the exception! It is the only place I shop at in town. I am always welcomed with a smile when I walk in and the sales associates always provide just the right amount of help based on what I am looking for at the time. Things always seem to be organized and well stocked--nothing worse than a messy store where everything is out of place! I can't say enough good things about this Loft.
