I have a lot of bracelets from here and I purchase them as gifts for several people . But I always buy my bracelets when I’m in Concord,NC. Well I finally drove across town to this location bc one of my bracelets the black in the letters is gone. So when I came into the store a worker asked how could she help me. So I went to explain and show her what I was talking about and she didn’t even look while I was showing her, her face was all frowned up, her look and posture was giving as I was bothering her and she couldn’t believe I came into the store. So she then goes on about insurance and I was like can you look up my account she tells me no and it’s for security reasons and I had to look for the email from my order. I found the order and gave her the order number even though it was a instore and she said she doesn’t see it and I said and showed her well I have the confirmation and everything. She scrolling and I give her my name. She finds it what a surprise. I mean if she took the time to really look and go through steps she would have found it. She tells me oh your 6 months was up on May 2. I was kind of waiting for her to say something like I apologize that it is over the 6 month period or maybe I can fix it something this one time. But no. I said ok and left. Her poor customer service skills, people skills and professional skills lacked badly. I never had a bad experience at the other store location and they actually go far and above. I don’t know but I do look young but I’m in my 40’s and of a different race then the worker and I don’t know if that was it but I could of actually said some words to her but I gave it a pass. But at the other store location it was young black women who gave me the best service and had me leaving their store with 6 bracelets . So I’ll take my business and money to concord. Read moreI’ve been to this store a few times and I love being in it, the associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. Today however, was a polar opposite experience where I came in excited to have a new custom bracelet with my favorite quote on it and left in almost tears without a purchase. The lady who said it was HER store (quite aggressively) was so short and snappy and had such negative energy. She showed zero interest in even my presence being there and it felt like I was ruining her alone time she had with her back turned to the door all day. How can they hire such nice people and their owner be so mal spirited and belittling? I adored my times I’ve been there otherwise, but if you see her working? I would avoid it at all costs. Read moreWent for a fix for a bracelet I purchased about 2 to 3 years ago. Only to meet the most rude manager ever. Store manager Kenzie P. I go there often but this was my first encounter with her. I was told that I never purchased that bracelet at the location. I was speaking to let them know that my bank seem a purchase but didn’t have a receipt number, Ms Kenzie kept cutting me off every time. This is no way to address a loyal customer. I kept the first book I ever received from the company. The book clearly shows the red bracelet I purchased. They no longer have that collection. I hope this will be addressed as well as Ms Kenzie.
