Ruby Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Columbia

My wife and I went to the place a few times before. The food was good for the price and the customer service was decent. The other day that all changed when my wife and I went there when they just opened. Unfortunately, they did not have the chicken we wanted ready. They stated the chicken will be ready in 5 minutes. We waited and about 15 minutes later the chicken was ready. After waiting about 15 minutes finally we were next in line to pay. The customer ahead of us paid and then my wife and I stepped up to the register. Without saying a thing the lady at the register walked away to do something in clear visual sight completely ignoring my wife and I. So I waited for about 3 more minutes and ask the lady if we could please pay. Keep in mind she was totally aware of the situation of us having already waited over 15 minutes. She was very rude and suggested that she will be back when she was ready to come back. At that point, I told my wife we're done here and we walked away without our food. My wife and I walk down to another food vendor and the lady yelled across the food court "you no more come back here!" Real classy and I believe she was the manager. Ordered via Door Dash. The picture on the website shows mushrooms, an egg roll, chicken and noodles for combo 1, but I only received noodles and chicken on my order. I was very disappointed. I called the restaurant 3 times to see if a mistake was made and each time I called, there was no answer and after several rings, the call was disconnected as if someone just disconnected the call.I won't order from this restaurant again. Photos of meals are not an accurate depiction of what is received. I wouldn't advise anyone to order a delivery from this restaurant. Also, what I did receive wasn't that good. I went here a couple of months ago with my girlfriend to get bubble tea. They got my girlfriends order wrong, which isn't a huge deal because it can be fixed. Instead she paid my girlfriend no mind when she was trying to tell her the problem. The lady yanked the drink out of her hand and threw it away very aggressively, and gave her an attitude that was completely unnecessary. The customer service was completely awful. They made us feel like we were a burden to them just because they had to remake a simple drink.
