Sub Station II — Restaurant in Columbia

I wrote a review a few months ago on this place and its only gotten worse. Ive seen bugs crawling on the floor, the meat i got was warm and not cooled like you would expect (i didnt have it toasted) I also almost immediately got sick after eating here. I used to order from this one woman all the time, I believe her name was jamie. She was super sweet and nice to talk to. I went back recently and I heard she quit. After seeing what I saw today, I can see why. It seems like she was the only one doing anything as I saw and heard the other two managers do nothing to help her. Its really sad how this...

Bad customer service and I would never recommend it! I have shopped here several times and each time I have been met with zero smiles and a team of employees who are far from happy! The sign in the back encouraging friendliness has lost its importance. You can't force unhappy employees to be friendly, you have to replace them with happy employees. I also sent you my complaint by e-mail 2 weeks ago but you did not respond to me.

Work in the mall and waited a long time for this location to open. Definitely not the overall quality I expected. I have ordered here 3 times and the guest service was far from great. Used the app and my order was made incorrectly, though the receipt clearly reflected accurate information and the additional charges for product not received. Several of our neighboring stores and team members have had negative experiences as well. I hope this team improves or it will not likely survive...
