On November 9th, I visited the store. My personal favorite store is where I love to buy my business outfits. I get compliments everywhere I go when it comes to my wardrobe. The only issue I have is the store manager. If it wasn't for i believe her name is Josie per the receipt, I would not be coming back due to the managers horrible personality and behavior. Ms. Josie is the reason i keep coming back and continue shopping due to her wonderful customer service. I walked in and Mackenzie asked if she could help me. New to the business professional scene, I needed some serious guidance. She told me that they were just trained on it - and boy did it show! She had the answer to all of my questions and never made me feel silly for any of them. I walked out with a blazer, two pairs of pants, and two shirts.
