Walked in with my family after buying a toy for our 4 year old next door we Didn’t even get greeted when we walked in the elderly lady (maybe 60) behind the counter said bring your bag and leave it on the counter. I asked why she said it's policy. I asked where is the policy posted she said it’s not for you it’s for us. So of course there’s no real “policy” we came to shop and apparently they don’t trust black families or they don’t like shoppers. Make it make sense. Of course I refused to leave my bag with the nasty lady. She then told us we needed to leave. No wonder the store was empty. All she had to do was put her cellphone down long enough to ask us what we were looking for and helped find us it. (Standard Customer Service) Way easier than to insult someone with a fake policy because you don’t feel like helping them and you’re worried about theft well apparently not for her. Horrible customer service!!!! I walked in at 6:30pm they were flicking the lights off &off I asked were they closing one girl was like “yes”and another one said no we close at eight the other girl looked at her upset that she told me what time they actually closed even I looked at this information before driving to the store they did not wanna go to the back! I spent over $200 probably would’ve spent more if they would’ve just went to the back and look for what I asked for they did not wanna go at all she even acted like she was looking for it in the computer and they looked at each other and nobody wanted to go to the back to grab the shoes for me I walked out with two pairs of shoes but customer service was so horrible I won’t go back in the...

I don't know if it was because it was the end of the night or what, but the service was pretty bad. Everyone was standing around talking. Seemed like some of the people at the front had friends hanging out with them. Granted, they bought a thing or two, but you could hear their conversations across the store.

One of the ladies yelled at my 4 year old because he touched 3 pairs of boots. He turned them a different way from the original setup. This was fixed within seconds. He wasn't throwing them across the store either.

This made me want to leave and put my nearly 300 dollars in product back on...
